Choose a course before you request a time
Choose Thai Massage for a Thai-style session, Oil Swedish Massage for an oil-based session, or Premium Massage for a combination of Thai, Swedish and foot massage. Each course has 60, 90 and 120-minute options. Compare the prices below and state the course and duration in your request.
Give the full hotel or home address
A district or station name is a starting point. Add the accommodation name and street address, then agree on a lobby or entrance meeting point. For apartments and officetels, include the building or tower name and mention any visitor procedures privately.
Plan for each guest separately
Visits are for male customers, with one guest per room. If you are travelling with another guest, arrange two separate rooms and send each person’s course and duration. Ask whether the requested appointments can be arranged at the same time.

For an immediate Seoul request, allow an estimated 20–30 minutes for arrival. This is an estimate, not a guaranteed arrival time; confirm the current availability and expected arrival with the manager before the visit. The listed course prices have no regional travel surcharge.
Cancellation within 10 minutes of submitting your booking request is free. For later cancellations or rescheduling, ask the manager to confirm the applicable conditions before booking. Contact the manager promptly if your address or plans change so the visit arrangements can be updated.

Copy the address from your reservation or accommodation message. If it is written in Korean, you can send it as it appears. Add a map pin when the entrance is hard to describe.
Allow for your own schedule
Choose an appointment time after you expect to reach your hotel or home. If your travel or work plans change, message us so the requested time and availability can be checked again.
Agree on a meeting point
A lobby, main entrance or another identifiable place helps make arrival clearer. Include what you will be wearing if it would help us recognise you, and keep your WhatsApp available around the agreed time.

Yes. Managers take turns handling phone and message enquiries 24 hours a day. Confirm the appointment time and therapist availability with the manager before the visit.
How soon can a therapist arrive in Seoul?
For an immediate Seoul request, allow an estimated 20–30 minutes. The manager will confirm the expected arrival for your exact address and the current availability. The estimate is not an arrival-time guarantee.
Is there a regional travel surcharge?
No. There is no additional regional travel charge. Choose your course and session length from the price table, and confirm those booking details before the visit.
Is there a fee to cancel or change the appointment?
Cancellation within 10 minutes of submitting your booking request is free. For later cancellations or rescheduling, ask the manager to confirm the applicable conditions before booking. Please contact the manager promptly when your plans change, and confirm availability again if you request a different time.
Can I book a visit anywhere in Seoul?
Yes. We cover all Seoul districts, including areas without a separate neighbourhood page. Send the hotel or home address and your preferred course and time so the manager can confirm the appointment and expected arrival.
Which massage courses can I ask about?
You can enquire about Thai Massage, Oil Swedish Massage or Premium Massage. Choose a 60, 90 or 120-minute session and review the course and price before confirming.
Can I book before reaching my hotel?
You can make an enquiry in advance. Include your expected arrival time and accommodation address, then let us know if either changes before the appointment.
Is a subway station name enough for the address?
A station can help describe the area, but it does not identify your building. Please also provide the accommodation name, street address and an agreed meeting point.
Can I request appointments for more than one guest?
You can request appointments for several male guests, with a separate room for each person. Include each guest’s preferred course and session length, the number of separate rooms and your preferred timing. We will check availability and confirm the arrangements. Several guests cannot share one room for their sessions.
How do I know the booking is confirmed?
You will confirm the appointment details in WhatsApp after the location and schedule are checked. Sending a form or opening a chat on its own does not reserve a visit.
Is this service for male customers only?
Yes. Seoul24 massage visits are available to male customers only. This applies to hotel, residence and home appointments.
When do I pay for my massage?
Payment is made in person after your therapist arrives and before the massage starts. Agree on your course, session length and total price in the booking conversation before the visit.
Can more than one guest use the same room?
No. Our service follows a one-guest-per-room policy. If several guests wish to receive a massage, each person needs a separate room; one shared room does not meet this requirement.
