Seoul24 accepts enquiries for Seoul, Gyeonggi and Incheon; we confirm the available appointment options for your exact address and preferred time. Choose a course, tell us where you are staying and share the practical details through WhatsApp.
Identify the right building
Include the complex or building name, district and street address. If there are multiple towers, add the tower number and a recognisable entrance. The Korean address is useful alongside the English name, especially when the map lists a different spelling.
Agree on guest access
Let us know whether visitors need reception registration, an intercom call or a resident to meet them downstairs. Follow your building’s guest procedures and arrange access yourself where needed. Send unit details privately when confirming the visit.
Plan the meeting point
A main lobby, reception desk or clearly named entrance makes a useful meeting point. If vehicle access and pedestrian access are different, mention which entrance to use. Keep your phone available around the agreed appointment time.

Yes, you can request a visit to an officetel. Share the address and building access arrangements so we can check availability and plan the arrival.
Do you visit apartments outside Seoul?
We also accept enquiries for Gyeonggi and Incheon. Appointment availability is checked for your exact location, selected course and preferred time.
Should I include my unit number in the form?
You can start with the building name and address, then share the unit number privately in WhatsApp when confirming the visit.
What if the entrance requires a resident’s access card?
Arrange to meet the therapist at an accessible entrance or follow your building’s visitor procedure. Explain the plan before the appointment.
Can I request appointments for two people?
You can request appointments for several male guests, with a separate room for each person. Include each guest’s preferred course and session length, the number of separate rooms and your preferred timing. We will check availability and confirm the arrangements. Several guests cannot share one room for their sessions.
Is my appointment confirmed after I complete the form?
The form prepares a WhatsApp enquiry. Press Send in WhatsApp, then confirm availability, the total price and your appointment details in the conversation.
Is this service for male customers only?
Yes. Seoul24 massage visits are available to male customers only. This applies to hotel, residence and home appointments.
When do I pay for my massage?

Can more than one guest use the same room?
No. Our service follows a one-guest-per-room policy. If several guests wish to receive a massage, each person needs a separate room; one shared room does not meet this requirement.
