For an Incheon visit, the accommodation address is more useful than an airport or station name alone. If you are arriving by plane or travelling onward, allow time for your own journey and check-in before requesting a session. You can contact us while planning, then update the details if your arrival changes. We arrange enquiries around the place where the visit will happen, so the actual hotel, residence or home address should be part of the conversation from the beginning.
A hotel after arrival
Tell us whether the property is around the airport or Yeongjong, in Songdo, or elsewhere in Incheon, and include its exact name and address. If you have not checked in, give the time you expect to be ready at the property.

Can I request a visit to an Incheon hotel?
Yes. Send the hotel’s full address and your preferred course and time. The appointment and any visitor arrangements need to be checked before the visit is confirmed.
Is saying near the airport enough?
No. Please send the accommodation name and exact address. A general airport-area description can refer to different destinations and does not identify a suitable meeting point.
Can I arrange a massage during a stopover?
You can enquire if you have accommodation and a suitable time window. Tell us when you expect to be ready and when you need to leave, then wait for availability confirmation.
Should I choose my landing time as the appointment time?
Choose a time when you expect to be at the accommodation and ready for the visit. Keep your own arrival journey and check-in plans in mind when making the request.
Can I request a home visit in Incheon?
You can enquire with the home address, building details and preferred time. We will review the location and schedule just as we would for a hotel or residence request.
What if my flight or travel plans change?
Message us with the revised arrival plans as soon as possible. A requested or previously discussed time may need to be checked again; a new time is not automatically reserved.
Is this service for male customers only?
Yes. Seoul24 massage visits are available to male customers only. This applies to hotel, residence and home appointments.
When do I pay for my massage?
Payment is made in person after your therapist arrives and before the massage starts. Agree on your course, session length and total price in the booking conversation before the visit.
Can more than one guest use the same room?
No. Our service follows a one-guest-per-room policy. If several guests wish to receive a massage, each person needs a separate room; one shared room does not meet this requirement.
How do I request appointments for several guests?
Tell us the number of male guests, each person’s course and session length, and the separate room available for each guest. We will check the appointment times and confirm each guest’s arrangements. Sharing one room for several guests is not available.
Does the booking button send a message automatically?
No. The booking form opens your details in WhatsApp for you to review. You must press Send in WhatsApp yourself, then agree on availability, the total price and the appointment details in the conversation.
Can I ask a question before completing the form?
Yes. Use the direct WhatsApp button to ask about your address, course, room arrangements or preferred time. You can discuss these details before filling in a booking request.
