Cancellation within 10 minutes of submitting your booking request is free. For later cancellations or rescheduling, ask the manager to confirm the applicable conditions before booking. Contact the manager promptly if your address or plans change so the visit arrangements can be updated.

How soon can a therapist arrive in Seoul?
For an immediate Seoul request, allow an estimated 20–30 minutes. The manager will confirm the expected arrival for your exact address and the current availability. The estimate is not an arrival-time guarantee.
Is there a regional travel surcharge?
No. There is no additional regional travel charge. Choose your course and session length from the price table, and confirm those booking details before the visit.
Is there a fee to cancel or change the appointment?
Cancellation within 10 minutes of submitting your booking request is free. For later cancellations or rescheduling, ask the manager to confirm the applicable conditions before booking. Please contact the manager promptly when your plans change, and confirm availability again if you request a different time.
Which areas can I enquire about?
You can enquire about Seoul, Gyeonggi and Incheon, including Gangnam, Itaewon and Pyeongtaek. Send the exact address so we can check the appointment options for your location.
Does a listed area mean every address is available?
No. Each request is checked against the location, requested course and schedule. We will tell you whether your visit can be arranged before confirming the booking.
My area does not have a separate page. Can I still ask?
Yes. The individual pages are planning guides, not a complete street-by-street list. Send your city, district and full address on WhatsApp for a location check.
Can I request a visit to a hotel or private home?
You can enquire about either. Tell us the visit type and any access requirements. Hotel or building rules may affect where and how the meeting is arranged.
Should I send my room number in the first message?
You can start with the accommodation name, address and a lobby or entrance meeting point. Share any room details privately when needed to confirm the visit.
Does submitting the booking form confirm an appointment?
No. The form prepares a WhatsApp message for you to review and send. The appointment is confirmed in the conversation after availability and the visit details have been agreed.
Is this service for male customers only?
Yes. Seoul24 massage visits are available to male customers only. This applies to hotel, residence and home appointments.
When do I pay for my massage?
Payment is made in person after your therapist arrives and before the massage starts. Agree on your course, session length and total price in the booking conversation before the visit.
Can more than one guest use the same room?
No. Our service follows a one-guest-per-room policy. If several guests wish to receive a massage, each person needs a separate room; one shared room does not meet this requirement.
How do I request appointments for several guests?
Tell us the number of male guests, each person’s course and session length, and the separate room available for each guest. We will check the appointment times and confirm each guest’s arrangements. Sharing one room for several guests is not available.
