ARRIVAL DETAILS
In-home massage in Seoul: planning your visit.
Every home is different, from a quiet house to a shared apartment. Let us know where you would like the session to take place and anything that will help with the arrival. Seoul24 accepts enquiries across Seoul, Gyeonggi and Incheon. We check the options for your exact address and preferred time, then confirm the course, arrangements and total price with you through WhatsApp.
Choose a comfortable space
Think about which room you would like to use and ask what to prepare for your chosen course. Mention limited space or any access restrictions in advance. Keep the route to the room clear and move fragile or personal items aside.
Explain how to find you
Share the street address and a recognisable entrance or meeting point. If your home is reached through a side gate, shared courtyard or stairs, include that information. Send private access details in the WhatsApp conversation when needed.
Consider your household
Choose a time that works for others at home and explain the visit to anyone who may answer the door. If you have pets, arrange a comfortable separate space for them during arrival and the session, where appropriate.

QUESTIONS BEFORE YOUR VISIT
Useful things to know.
Can I request a massage at my home?
Yes. Send your address, selected course and preferred time to check availability for a home visit in Seoul, Gyeonggi or Incheon.
What do I need to prepare?
Describe the space you plan to use and ask what is needed for your selected course. We can discuss the practical arrangements before confirming your appointment.
Can someone else be at home during the visit?
Let us know your household arrangements and choose a suitable private room for the session. Anyone answering the door should know about the appointment. If another person also wants a massage, he needs a separate room under our one-guest-per-room policy.
Should I mention that I have pets?
Yes, please mention pets when arranging the visit. Plan how to keep the entrance clear and make arrival comfortable for everyone in the home.
Can two people request sessions at the same address?
You can request appointments for several male guests, with a separate room for each person. Include each guest’s preferred course and session length, the number of separate rooms and your preferred timing. We will check availability and confirm the arrangements. Several guests cannot share one room for their sessions.
Can I ask a question without completing the form?
Yes. Use the direct WhatsApp button to chat first. If you complete the form, review the prepared message and press Send in WhatsApp to start the conversation.
Is this service for male customers only?
Yes. Seoul24 massage visits are available to male customers only. This applies to hotel, residence and home appointments.
When do I pay for my massage?
Payment is made in person after your therapist arrives and before the massage starts. Agree on your course, session length and total price in the booking conversation before the visit.
Can more than one guest use the same room?
No. Our service follows a one-guest-per-room policy. If several guests wish to receive a massage, each person needs a separate room; one shared room does not meet this requirement.
Does the booking button send a message automatically?
No. The booking form opens your details in WhatsApp for you to review. You must press Send in WhatsApp yourself, then agree on availability, the total price and the appointment details in the conversation.
Why are therapist faces blurred on the website?
Faces in the gallery are intentionally blurred to protect our therapists’ privacy and personal information. Thank you for respecting their privacy.
What should I write in the arrival clothing field?
Describe what you will be wearing when you meet the therapist, such as a white T-shirt, navy trousers and a grey backpack. Add a clear meeting point so it is easier to identify you on arrival.
