Officetel and apartment arrivals
Add the building or tower name and the entrance you will use. Let the manager know whether reception, guest registration or another entry procedure applies. Keep door codes and room details in the private booking conversation.
After meetings or a long day
Choose a time when you expect to be back at the property and ready for the whole session. Thai, Oil Swedish and Premium courses are available in 60, 90 or 120-minute options. Include an alternative time if your meeting or travel schedule is uncertain.

Cancellation within 10 minutes of submitting your booking request is free. For later cancellations or rescheduling, ask the manager to confirm the applicable conditions before booking. Contact the manager promptly if your address or plans change so the visit arrangements can be updated.

How soon can a therapist arrive in Seoul?
For an immediate Seoul request, allow an estimated 20–30 minutes. The manager will confirm the expected arrival for your exact address and the current availability. The estimate is not an arrival-time guarantee.
Is there a regional travel surcharge?
No. There is no additional regional travel charge. Choose your course and session length from the price table, and confirm those booking details before the visit.
Is there a fee to cancel or change the appointment?
Cancellation within 10 minutes of submitting your booking request is free. For later cancellations or rescheduling, ask the manager to confirm the applicable conditions before booking. Please contact the manager promptly when your plans change, and confirm availability again if you request a different time.
Do you offer Gangnam hotel massage enquiries?
Yes. Send your hotel address, preferred course and appointment time. We will check availability for the specific request and confirm the meeting arrangements with you.
Do I need to be near Gangnam Station?
A station is not the basis for confirming a visit. Send your actual address so we can assess the location, whether or not you describe it as near a station.
Can I arrange an appointment at a residence?
You can enquire about a residence or home visit. Include the building name and address and explain any reception or entry requirements that may affect meeting the therapist.
How should I describe my preferred massage?
Start with Thai Massage, Oil Swedish Massage or Premium Massage, then choose the session length. You can discuss pressure preferences and how you would like to use the appointment time.
Can I request the same therapist as a previous visit?
You can mention a previous appointment in your WhatsApp message. We will check whether the request can be accommodated for your location and time; it is not guaranteed.
What if my meeting finishes later than expected?
Contact us as soon as you know your requested time may change. We will check the schedule again and discuss any available options rather than assuming the original appointment can simply move.
Is this service for male customers only?
Yes. Seoul24 massage visits are available to male customers only. This applies to hotel, residence and home appointments.
When do I pay for my massage?
Payment is made in person after your therapist arrives and before the massage starts. Agree on your course, session length and total price in the booking conversation before the visit.
Can more than one guest use the same room?
No. Our service follows a one-guest-per-room policy. If several guests wish to receive a massage, each person needs a separate room; one shared room does not meet this requirement.
How do I request appointments for several guests?
Tell us the number of male guests, each person’s course and session length, and the separate room available for each guest. We will check the appointment times and confirm each guest’s arrangements. Sharing one room for several guests is not available.
Does the booking button send a message automatically?
No. The booking form opens your details in WhatsApp for you to review. You must press Send in WhatsApp yourself, then agree on availability, the total price and the appointment details in the conversation.
