Who is this booking form for?
This form is for male customers requesting a Seoul24 massage visit. For group bookings, include only the guests who will receive the service and arrange a separate room for each person.
When is payment made?
Pay in person after the therapist arrives and before the massage begins. Confirm the total amount and accepted payment method in the WhatsApp conversation before your appointment.
Can two people use the same room?
No. Each guest must have a separate room. Two guests require two rooms, and three guests require three rooms, including at homes and apartments.
How should I fill in a group booking?
Choose the number of guests, then use Additional notes to list their preferred courses, session lengths and separate room arrangements. You can share private room numbers later in WhatsApp. We will confirm available appointment options.
Does the booking button send my details automatically?
No. It prepares a message and opens WhatsApp for you to review. You still need to press Send in WhatsApp. An appointment is confirmed only after the details have been agreed in the conversation.
Can I chat without completing the form?
Yes. Use Chat on WhatsApp — No Form Needed at the top of this page. You can ask about courses, location, separate rooms or available appointment times before sending a full request.
Which fields are optional?
The contact number, clothing description, therapist preference and additional notes are optional. A clothing description can help us recognise you at the meeting point. Include any separate room arrangements for a group in the notes.
Can I provide a meeting point instead of a room number?
Yes. Enter a clear location such as the main reception desk or lobby seating area. Share room numbers privately in WhatsApp when confirming, and make sure each guest has a separate room.
Which time zone should I use?
Use Seoul time, KST (UTC+9), for your preferred date and time. This applies even when you are completing the form before travelling to Korea.

What happens if the form does not open WhatsApp?
