Who the service is for
Seoul24 Mobile Massage provides massage visits for male customers. You can enquire about a hotel, apartment, officetel or home in Seoul, Gyeonggi or Incheon. A listed area does not confirm that every address or appointment time is available.
Share your location, preferred course and time so we can check the arrangements. Thai Massage, Oil Swedish Massage and Premium Massage are offered in 60, 90 and 120-minute sessions. Discuss preferences when booking; a particular therapist or language preference is subject to confirmation.
One guest per room
Every guest receiving a massage must have a separate room. Two guests require two separate rooms; three guests require three. This applies to hotel, apartment, officetel and home visits. Multiple beds in one shared room do not meet this requirement.
For a group request, tell us the number of guests, each person's preferred course and session length, and the available rooms. Please check the room arrangements before confirming the booking.
Requests and appointment confirmation
The booking form helps you prepare a WhatsApp message. Opening WhatsApp or sending a request does not reserve an appointment automatically. Your booking is confirmed in the conversation after availability, location, course, timing and total price have been agreed.
Enter dates and times in Seoul time, KST (UTC+9). You may also use the direct WhatsApp link or call +82 10-2425-0184 without completing the form. Let us know promptly if your address, arrival time or guest count changes.
Prices and payment on arrival
Payment is made in person after your therapist arrives and before the massage begins. There is no regional travel surcharge. Confirm the total price for your chosen session and address, together with the accepted payment method, before the visit.
Listed prices are in Korean won (KRW). Where available, USD figures use a daily reference exchange rate and are rounded up to the next US$10. They are estimates, not a promise that payment is accepted in dollars. Your bank's exchange rate and fees may differ.
Property access and changes to your plans
Confirm that your accommodation permits outside service providers and follow its visitor registration and access rules. Provide the correct property name, address and meeting entrance. A lobby or reception desk can be used as a meeting point when you prefer to share a private room number later.
Cancellation within 10 minutes of submitting your booking request is free. For later cancellations or rescheduling, ask the manager to confirm the applicable conditions before booking. If you need to cancel, move the time or change the course, contact us as soon as possible in the booking conversation. Please obtain confirmation of the revised arrangements. A website form entry alone does not change an existing appointment.
Details you choose to share
The booking form asks for your name, course, session length, preferred date and time, visit type, area, address, meeting point and number of guests. A contact number, clothing description, therapist preference and additional notes are optional.
Provide information relevant to arranging your visit. A general meeting point is sufficient if you want to share the room number later. Do not include payment card details, passwords or identity document numbers in the form. Information you send in the booking conversation is used to discuss and arrange your request.
What happens when you open WhatsApp
The form assembles your entries in your browser. When you press the WhatsApp review button, those details are included in a link that opens WhatsApp's service. The link contains the prepared message, so the details are passed to that service before you press Send in the chat and may appear in your browser history.
You still need to review the message and press Send in WhatsApp for it to reach the Seoul24 chat. The custom booking form does not submit a separate booking record to this website. This does not describe every possible record kept by website hosting, WordPress or other installed tools. WhatsApp handles its service under its own terms and privacy policy.
Website resources and browser storage
Website pages load images from this website and fonts from Google Fonts. Pages showing USD estimates also request a reference rate from ExchangeRate-API. Loading these resources involves communication between your browser and the relevant servers; the currency request does not include your booking form entries.
The currency feature can save the reference rate and update timestamps in your browser's local storage. It reuses a recent value to reduce repeated requests. This currency cache contains no booking details. You can remove local website storage through your browser settings. Other cookies, logs or storage depend on the hosting, WordPress configuration and tools operating on the website.
Photo privacy and questions about your information
Faces in the therapist gallery are intentionally blurred to protect therapists' privacy and personal information. Photos do not guarantee who will be available for your requested time and location.
For questions about information you have shared, or to request a correction, a copy or deletion, contact Seoul24 through the same WhatsApp conversation or call +82 10-2425-0184. Describe the request without sending unnecessary personal documents. Requests about your WhatsApp account or information held by another provider should also be directed to that provider.

Is the service available for female customers?
The service is for male customers only. Please confirm that all guests receiving a massage meet this condition before making a group request.
Can two guests receive a massage in one large room?
No. Each guest needs a separate room, even if a large room has two beds. Tell us how many separate rooms are available when enquiring.
When should I pay?
Pay in person after the therapist arrives and before the massage begins. Confirm the total price and accepted payment method in your booking conversation.
Does a USD estimate change the KRW price?
No. The displayed USD amount is a reference conversion rounded up in US$10 steps. Refer to the listed KRW price and confirm your appointment's total before booking.
Does sending the form guarantee an appointment?
No. It prepares a request for WhatsApp. Press Send there, then wait for the location, time, course, availability and price to be confirmed in the conversation.
Can I ask a question without entering personal details in the form?
Yes. Use the direct WhatsApp chat link or call us. You can start with the course, general area and preferred time before discussing the details needed to arrange a visit.
Can I keep my room number out of the form?
Yes. Provide a clear meeting point, such as the main reception desk, and share room details later in the private booking conversation. Each guest still needs a separate room.
Who receives details when I click the WhatsApp button?
The prepared message is placed in the link opened by WhatsApp's service. You must then press Send for the message to reach the Seoul24 chat. Opening the link already passes its contents to WhatsApp.
Are clothing descriptions compulsory?
No. The clothing field is optional. A simple description can help the therapist recognise you at an agreed meeting point, but avoid adding unrelated personal information.
What should I do if my hotel restricts visitors?
Check its outside-provider and registration rules before requesting a visit. Tell us about access restrictions and the permitted meeting point so we can discuss whether suitable arrangements are possible.
How do I change or cancel a request?
Contact us promptly in the existing WhatsApp conversation or by phone. Explain the change and obtain confirmation of any new arrangements before relying on a revised appointment.
How can I ask about information I already shared?
Use your existing booking conversation or call +82 10-2425-0184. Specify whether you need a correction, a copy, deletion or another explanation, and identify the relevant request without sending unnecessary documents.
